Every two years, Georgia’s WIN List gathers in Macon to celebrate the legacy of Viola Ross Napier, a Maconite and the first woman sworn into office in the Georgia General Assembly.   We hope that you can join Georgia’s WIN List at this year’s celebration which will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd beginning at 6:30 pm at The Woodruff House, 988 Bond Street, Macon, GA 31201.

This year, we will honor Amy Morton with our 2011 Viola Ross Napier Trailblazer Award.  Amy continues to be a visionary leader in Georgia politics. She has taken WIN List further than ever before in her two years as chair and we are incredibly grateful to her for her service. For that reason, among many others, WIN List is proud to honor Amy.

  • Launched WIN Corps and sent three women to receive professional. campaign training in Texas.
  • Elected twenty-six of twenty-eight endorsed women.
  • Flipped one seat from Republican to Democrat.
  • Protected 95% of their incumbents.

We hope to see you on August 3rd!
